MGM & Le French May

MGM & Le French May

Campaign Creative Direction, Creative Production & Management
When lilies of the valley herald the arrival of May in France, the French public ready themselves for nocturnal art-gazing on museum night, and the stars of the seventh arts descend on Cannes. Over in Macau, locals and tourists enjoy their own cultural feast at Le French May, the annual arts festival replete with films, exhibitions, performances, and gastronomical events. Inhabiting the world of dreams and wonders in the 2016 edition were 74 sculpted figures by Edgar Degas in the MGM Art Space, among them the most famous of all, Little Dancer, Aged Fourteen.
Influencers of Macau and Hong Kong were invited to pose as Degas’s sculptures for the exhibition’s PR campaign. We flipped open our little black book and assembled an accomplished team of collaborators for the photo shoot: the photographer Simon C, the stylist Denise Ho, and our Creative Director Ruth with her expert eye to direct the shoot, select the poses and curate the final images. Our creative direction, production and management expertise ignited the campaign with panache and élan.
